Generally it is little difficult to sponsor a GC through one's own business. USCIS wants to know if it is a legitimate business, with revenues, employees, contracts etc

Plan it out with recruiting employees at a later stage. After some time apply for green card. You never know you would be able to make a succesful business.
I went through some of the process but it does not suit me so i backed off.

I am also in the same situation and I asked my attorney. He said that if we can get notarized affidavits from Parents then it is sufficient. So get the format from your attorney and get it signed by your parents. They need at least 2 affidavits who were present at the time of the birth.

The moment your H-1 is rejected and you dont have another underlying petition, you are technically out of status. You could apply for another H, but with a Consular Processing request. In other words you will be asked to leave the country and get a stamping before you start work again.
And not to affect your long term stay in the country, it is better to leave the country immediately.

What are chances of Dream Act? --> No one can predict. Depends on how Bush era tax cut bill goes through. Dems has added few provision to please Republicans so they are improving chances.
What are the chances of including our provisions in the bill? --> At this point Republicans want enforcement. They may not bargain for legal immigration in this bill. Rather they may prefer to add some tough rule for dreamers.
What happens if the bill passes without our provisions? ---> We will still have a chance to have our bill as piecemeal or just sit and watch
What happens if the bill fails? --> I hope they get it done, Dreamers are more enthusiastic than us and unless they get it these lawmakers will not think about us. Also they can set example that piecemeal is possible.
WHAT ARE OUR CHANCES IN 2011? --> As I said if dreamer can get their bill done, and CHC doesn't hold any piecemeal in future chances are there. but I doubt CHC will allow any legal immigration bill until Dems are in power of either of house.

if the AC21 is less then 6 months like for example a person had filed I140 and I1485 but 140 got approved after 3 months and the person had lost his job in the 5th month due to company shutdown and the person moved on to another company using AC21, will there be any issue during naturalization.

The bill looks good on paper. My problem is that it also contains giving the same rights to 'gays'. I personally am not opposed to that but it should not happen that the conservatives in the house & senate take an objection & eventually defeat this bill.

I know it is overwhelming, when we get email from USCIS about RFE. But be patient it is generally for employment verification, birth certificate, medicals etc. If there is one for spouse it could be for marriage verification.
You need to wait at least 7 days before you should call to check with them. But 7 days is fair time, and 80% (no data backing) of letters are received by then.

I am not getting any appointment in June with any doctor within 60 miles from my place. So I took an appointment with a doc 70+ miles away for end of june. The only problem is I need to go twice 70 miles one way. The clinic suggested I do the blood work in nearby county clinic, but the county clinic wants 7-10 days to get results of blood work. I asked them for HIV and Sephallius test to be done. I already got TB Skin test(tested negative) done at county clinic.
Can someone please tell what all blood tests need to be done, so I can check if any other doctor can do the blood work and I can save one 70 mile trip . Thanks.

(1) What is the best explanation for Part 7 of the form I-131 which says, "On a seperate sheet of paper, please explain how you qualify for an advance parole document, and what circumstances warrant issuance of an advance parole."
(2) Approximately how long does the AP approval take, and for how long is the permit valid?

In addition to checking the appropriate response in your I-485 form, you (wife)have to confirm that you are filing as a derivative of the husbands primary petition (Part 2, response should be "b" please make sure again! you may even use highlighter pen) you may include your husbands I-140 as well as Labor certification copies and highlight the Priority dates in these forms with brilliant colors.
Marriage Certificate is a must.
Also I would include the last years tax returns for your husband and the sealed medical clearance from your doctor, to make it rejection proof!
A cover letter as well as a "DO NOT OPEN IN MAIL ROOM" addressing the Service center director, and placing it over a double bagged packaging of the whole thing may also help.Somehow you have to convince the morons in the mail room that it is "RESUBMISSION DUE TO USCIS ERROR"
